At SnugglePets, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund policy to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible.
1. Returns
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags and labels still attached (if applicable).
- Not a perishable item (such as food or treats) or a personalized product.
2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

- Provide Order Details: Include your order number and the reason for your return.

- Processing Your Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Exchanges
If you would prefer to exchange an item rather than return it for a refund, we will be happy to assist you. Please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange. The item being exchanged must meet the same conditions as a return (unused and in original condition).
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs. We may request pictures of the damaged item to help expedite the process.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Some items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

6. Refunds
