  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days after processing.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Available for urgent orders, with delivery on the next business day (if placed before the cutoff time).

2. Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your package.

  • Standard Shipping: Rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Expedited Shipping: An additional charge will apply depending on the destination and size of your order.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Available at an additional cost, depending on the destination.

3. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary based on your location.

  • Delivery time may range from 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Additional customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the tracking link provided or visit the carrier’s website directly (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS).


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Due to certain regulations, we may not ship pet food or treats internationally.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
